I called them once because I thought I had been poisoned; and we sat in the parking lot for 45 minutes!!
i've gotten great service here for the past couple (actually, only) times i've been. receptionist is great -- he is extremely friendly and easy to talk and interact with. my only gripe is that they don't allow anyone to come to the examination rooms with you, even if they're a spouse, in my case, husband. They told us that it's because of the size of the rooms, but i've been to other facilities with much smaller rooms that allow my husband to join me with no question. It's a pretty big deal to us.
