RecommendedI am so grateful I came to this location when I was sick. The doctor mark was so friendly and made sure I was comfortable getting my iv fluids, the assistant nurse was very professional THANk YOU for making me feel better and bringing me back to life - I so appreciate you guys.
***** 5 Stars I arrived here on a Sunday evening and to my surprise there were no patients in the waiting room. I was seen as soon as I completed the paperwork. The receptionist, the nurse and the doctor were all extremely nice. It was a pleasant experience. This was not my first visit here, I came here several months before and experienced the same level of courtesy and professionalism.
Had several stitches on the lip and you can't tell there was an injury there. Good job Urgent Care and More. Plus there was no wait. Can't get better than that.
Horrible experience last night! Their employee bre needs to be taught some customer service skills. She's lazy and rude. My 8 yr old son was turned away despite running a fever. He has Molina which they accept but because I didn't have his Molina card they didn't see him even though I had his medi-cal card which has his health plan number for Molina on it so they could have gotten an explanation of benefits and seen that his insurance was active. This place is horrible and doesn’t even deserve one star. We were in from out of town for the Marine Corps graduation and were looking for an urgent care for our Marine who is sick upon ending bootcamp. Found this place online and website says open until 10pm, called them just to make sure and was told 10pm but that the last patient is accepted at 945pm. Got there at 910 and was turned away because the doctor didn’t want to see anymore patients even though they were still open for almost an hour and was told to go somewhere ... read more
