If you think you are going to Urgent Care here, what they don’t tell you is that the provider decides (not the patient) if you are actually going to be seen in urgent care or ER - which are in the same location. You don’t find out until you get a bill in the mail. This happened to me twice at this place. Even if you request to only be seen in urgent care, it is up to them. my husband went in with severe stomach pain and when he went it he waited for 1.5 hours in the waiting room (nobody insight) they finally took him back the nurse was a incredibly rude lady who failed to even listen to what he was telling her. They did a nose swab and told him they were going to do blood work to see if theres an infection of any sorts, 2 HOURS later she comes back with an iv and says its to rehydrate you. I asked her if something indicated that he was dehydrated and shes said no but it might help his stomach?... read more

Amazing friendly staff, super friendly and knowledgeable. Gave my son meds knowing pharmacies were closed. Thankful for the staff.
