Excellent care and the staff is very professional knowledgeable and was extremely friendly towards my child! Comforted my son during his checkup. Will definitely be back again soon!
We were in and out before we were even suppose to be seen at Cooks children's urgent care in Mansfield. They take you by appointment only. They you to Bumps n Bruises for figuring what was wrong so quickly.
Never ever I had waited this long here, as I'm waiting in the room I proceed to ask after waiting an hour when it was my turn and one of the staff member tells me in a very "professional tone" well I have some people before you so is like an hour" is a Kids place so they are sick they get annoyed easily meaning parents want to get in and out. I had come here before and never I had such a horrible experience. Something had changed since my last visits because is different faces no eye contact when you come in the door. HORRIB... read more
