We went in for Covid tests the day before Thanksgiving. They were very professional and patient and explained everything fully including our test results would be several days away. Dr. Rice called my husband on Thanksgiving night to give results. I would say that is above and beyond. I also liked the mini physical that went with this test verses a quick drive through. I would highly recommend going there.

Each staff member I encountered was personable and professional. They were slammed the day I was there but their demeanor didn’t show it. This is a very good clinic.

Went there the other day and received excellent care. I felt bad for the employees because there was a young man throwing a temper tantrum because he didn’t understand his insurance coverage. They handled this extremely difficult patient with more patience than I ever could have mustered. Thanks for treating our community, even the @$$-holes!!

Having seen two other clinics, and suffered from pain in my arm and shoulder for almost two months, the excellent staff of UCCL and Dr Rice discovered my condition within minutes. Thanks to their expertise and understanding I'm now recovering from cervical radiculopathy (pinched nerve in the neck) instead of getting worse with improper treatment.
