I love this urgent care- we’ve always had wonderful experiences with them! Friendly receptionists, nurses and doctors! It’s always a pleasant experience when we go there! My son’s pediatrician would not treat his ear infection, but Lincoln urgent care could see the pain he was in and they stepped up and took care of it! Now he’s resting peacefully all because of the wonderful doctor we saw this evening!! We will never go anywhere else!❤️

Full on scammers. Went for a covid test and they aren’t coding it for covid and lying and say they are but our insurance covers 100% covid related. I had the rapid test done and they are coding it totally different. We are trying to get it handled but these people are trying to get money out of our pocket. NEVER GO HERE

Danielle, there is a difference in a covid test and a full respiratory panel. The respiratory panel checks for over 18 viruses and includes the covid virus. When a patient chooses the full respiratory panel, this is a more comprehensive and different test than the send out covid test, which also has a different billing code. We coded 100% correctly for the panel you wanted.
I took my daughter into the office on 2/3/2021 because she had an ingrown toenail. I was asked to fill out paperwork and when I returned it to the receptionist she printed me a receipt for the $50 copay that I had to pay on top of my insurance card. I noticed her birthday was printed wrong and she told me she had to temporarily put in a date while I filled the paperwork out but it would be corrected but it wasn’t. Sooooooo disappoint :They don’t accept al type insurance card

Had a fractured finger ring was stuck the PA wrapped white tape around finger like a string and it took it right off I was amazed
