Urban Mattress was recommended to me by my aunt and my sister. I had a great experience with Lauren when I went in to look for a mattress. She was very informative and went out of her way to answer questions and help. There was no feeling of being pressured to buy. Highly recommend shopping here!

From customer service to product - these guys knocked it out of the park for us! We purchased a latex-based king sized mattress made by the store and we have been enjoying the most peaceful sleep on it. The salesperson at the store was very knowledgeable about all of the products and the differences between them, understood our preferences and made very good suggestions and recommendations. Delivery was seamless as well - we are extremely happy with the entire experience and would shop here again in a wink!

Just visited this evening and I must say, this is the best place to buy a mattress in Austin! Besides finding a mattress we love (that will be delivered for FREE tomorrow), we also enjoyed friendly, knowledgeable service (Lauren is the bomb); a comfortable atmosphere; as well as quick and efficient responses from the owner himself. I can't recommend these guys highly enough!
