Looking for a quality, healthy mattress, I had a great experience at Urban Mattress. While spending two hours at the North Austin Store, Tamara answered all my questions, and encouraged me to just spend time with the mattresses I was interested in, with no sales pressure. Visited the N. Lamar store to confirm my choice, and Andrea was a delight to work with while purchasing my new ViSpring mattress!

If you are looking for a quality mattress, go to Urban Mattress. Very knowledgeable sales staff and no high pressure tactics whatsoever. They truly care about finding the right mattress to fit your needs and budget. I took family and friends to the Gateway store to look at mattresses four times and each time I met a different sales person.....Lauren, Shannon, Kari and Tamara and all were helpful, answering all my questions and concerns. I love my new mattress! Sleeping better than I have in years. The staff at Urban Mattress is helpful, friendly and can answer any questions you have about their products.
Our Urban Mattress purchase experience has been stellar from beginning to delivery. Fantastic customer service from a locally owned business! Shane is extremely knowledgeable about organic products which is what we were looking for, and we love that Urban Mattress donates a portion of their profits to a handful of non-profits, some of which we ourselves support. We have had our mattress for only about a week and are still in the break-in phase but we have a feeling that we are going to be very happy with this purchase.
We found urban matress to be not only knowledgable but trust worthy. Keri was an absolute delight and was more than patiencent with my wife and me. The owner Shane took time out if his vacation to call me personally to tell me about my matress , and answer any question I threw out to him. I would without a doubt recommend anyone looking for a new matress to go bye and say hello to these fine folks.
