I booked my appointment and when I arrived, my appointment no longer existed. The girl at the front desk couldn't even tell me what happened. I rearranged my day to get my hair done and was just told 'sorry'. I found it very unprofessional and unorganized.
While my hair doesn't look horrible, it's not what I asked for. I also had dozens of pictures in my pinterest album that I showed her. I have fine, armpit length hair which was brown to begin with. Wanted it darker all over with a little carmel balayage, it took 3.5 hours and $180. I've had this same service done at other salons numerous times, it took about 2 hours and cost me $100-$130.
I love love love how my color and cut with Rachel Speas on March 11th turned out! She nailed it as usual!

My wifes stylist retired. She tried Urban girls and sitting and waiting for her I have to say this is the WORST salon ever. So much negativity, especially by the owners. Her hair was completely ruined. They did not listen to her how she wanted it cut, they took it upon their selves to do what they wanted. She WILL NOT return.
Had my eyebrows microbladed with Lexi and all I can say is wow! I was sceptical at first, but did my research, then set up consult and decided to go for it! After three sessions, the result is stunning! With now having my brows framing my face properly, I have the confidence to leave the house without make up!
