Today this salon yet again called to cancel my appointment! This time they had no openings to cover the cancellation. This is the third time in a row that they have called to cancel but the last two times they at least tried to get me in with someone else. Now I have to try and find someone today due to a wedding this week! This salon has really gone done hill!! I guess that it’s time to find a new salon with better business practices!!!!
I love Urban Girls ! As someone with extremely curly hair it’s nerve wracking getting it colored because I don’t want any damage but I’ve had Rachel take me to red and keep healthy curls and Mekenzie take me back to my natural dark with no problem. I’ve also gotten it straightened by Brenna with amazing results . I definitely recommend this place because they truly take the time to listen to what you want.

I had a fun and comforting experience at Urban girls. Jenny took care of cutting my frizzy, curly hair. I've had some bad experiences getting my hair cut since my hair is so curly and not many know how to work with it. Jenny took her time to ask me what shape I want my hair to fall when it's dry, she asked me what products I'm comfortable with putting in my hair, and she even did the process of a twist out for me so when I got home I can do the style I love best with my hair. Thank you Urban Girls for a GREAT experience! Dani did awesome for my wedding hair and all of my bridesmaids looks great! Everyone was so friendly and fun. The atmosphere was perfect. Even the wonderful woman at the front desk had the patients of an angel while my flower girl talked her ear off 😉 I live 2.5 hours from Junction and I am seriously thinking about making the trip to have Dani be my new stylist. She’s so worth it! Thanks again!
