The stylists are great and friendly but the lady up front Becky was extremely rude, doesn’t know a thing about good customer service, and thinks it’s okay to have negative side conversations with other up front employees in front of her customers.
RecommendedAfter calling a few other stylists I am glad I went to Urban Girls-Adeline was amazing & did exactly what I asked. This means a lot because I always had long hair & wanted a messy lob & color. I’m pretty happy and my husband likes it too!
I scheduled with this salon about a month in advance of when I was doing maternity photos for hair and make up. At about 5 pm the evening before the appointment, they called to cancel the appointment and asked me if I wanted to reschedule the updo and makeup I had scheduled for the photo shoot. Thankfully, I caught another salon at the last minute that could squeeze me in for the next day. The very first time I went here I spent over $300 to dye my hair an auburn color that fell out completely after a couple days.
They're very welcoming and make you feel comfortable.
I instantly loved how nice everyone was. It was my first time at the salon, and I will definitely go back. Erin gave me an amazing haircut that I absolutely adore. Can't wait to show it off!

They are the "Best of the West" for a reason. They fit me in same day and Rachel did an AMAZING job understanding what I wanted and helping this ol' mom out of her rut with a beautiful new style.
