SHADY!! – This place continues to be shady. They filed an exam on my insurance even though the dentist was out of town and I didn't get an exam. When I called to tell them, they said they'd reimburse me $17 even though the claim on my insurance was $55. And the billing lady was extremely snotty about it. All I got was a cleaning from a crackhead, super-hyper hygienist who talked my ear off and kept gagging me with her tools. Excellent care – I could tell that a large part of a back tooth had broken off. Dr. Martin, with his gentle manner and efficient in-house equipment, not only saved my tooth but, during the same visit, was able to repair another tooth with an old silver filling that was about to split the tooth in half (a situation obvious to anyone seeing photos of the tooth). Great experience – I recently went to Uptown Dental for a cleaning, and the dentist (Dr. Alan Martin) and staff were wonderful. They took my insurance with no problems, and everyone was very professional and friendly. The cleaning and exam were painless. The xrays showed up immediately on the office computer, which was kind of cool, so I could see what the dentist and hygienist saw. SHADY!!! – SHADY PLACE! I went in for the exam to verify I needed my wisdom teeth pulled and after checking my insurance, the office manager (AKA closer) said my insurance didn't cover it and it would be $2500. I knew for a fact that 80% was covered because I had just called them. She immediately started pushing the "great financing options." Pretty good place – Good staff, good wait room. Helpfull and in a good location. Takes most insurance and good with reminders about appointments. All in all a solid dentist choice.

Avoid this place – I would recommend avoiding this office. Doctor made unprofessional comments in order to "scare me" into doing a procedure, as if that were even necessary. He was insulting and arrogant.

Best Luminares around – It took me about a year to finally decide with whom I wanted to invest in having porcelain veneers done. I finally met Dr. David Silber and Lumineers. Today, I'm a very satisfied patient with a new and beautiful "white" smile. If you want to get a beautiful smile, then you definitely need to go see Dr. Silber!!!

Cares about his patients! – I was extremely pleased with the service offered by Dr. Silber ... not only he took care of my needs, but also explained to me other options available based on some concerns I had. He's definetly someone I would recommend, as he cares about you as a patient and as a person. Love the office ... clean and state of the art equipment.
