My family has bought many many vehicles from there, they use to treat everyone like gold get you in for any services super quick, now when ever you call they always say they are weeks out... bad taste in my mouth probably be the last vehicle I get there unless something changes.... I was there back in July I believe looking at a few trucks out front and I wanted some info On a Cummins they had. Then I got the cold shoulder from not one but two sales people. I highly recommend this dealership I dealt with Tim thru a few emails and he was great to work with when I got some time to go there and look at a truck Nicole came out and assisted me and she was great to work with cause Tim was busy with other customer and they gave me a better trade price than any other dealer around i love my Ram 2500 I bought from them. Will definitely go back.

First time buying and having a car serviced at a dealer went in for my free oil change they give you when u buy a car from them was assured i had to be their at 4 car did not go in untill 430 so i left work early for no reason excuse they told me was that their mechanic did not want to work it maybe just me but i dont want somone who doesnt care about their job working on my car the guy at the front desk not sure who he is was nice enough to adventually do it but still you will never see me their again to buy or have a car s... read more

My mother and myself called multiple times between a friday and the following monday and tuesday about a parts and a seperate service question. We were told the questions had to be answered by the service manager and that he'd get back to us. The fisrt issue I have is why do parts questions go through a service manager? Where is your parts department? The second issue is why did the service manager never call us back with the answer to our questions?
