Best place to go to buy vehicles. Craig Crandall was easy to work with.
Bought a car in March from Craig and found out today 12/4/14 it is no longer driveable from all the rust in the frame. Plus have had trouble with them ever since i bought the car. Beware of their kindness they dont care if there selling you a car that wont last.

We do a very thorough inspection of our vehicles before we even consider selling them and if we ever saw anything that was unsafe we would not sell it. I bought a truck from Craig Crandall approximately a year ago. They gave me the best price after scouring the internet for about 2 weeks then took another 500$ off! They gave me a great price on my trade. The truck I purchased had the computer that controls the fuel pump go out about 6 days after the dealer warranty had expired. Up-State took the truck in right away and did the repairs at no cost to me. Also they gave me a loaner vehicle to drive! We purchased a vehicle from Craig Crandall over the internet. He said there were $400-500 worth of parts was all the truck needed to pass NYS inspection. Once it arrived at our location there was a total of $5,300 worth of work that needed to be completed. We were mislead and Upstate did nothing to resolve the issue. Beware when doing business with this organization!
