I drove from Rochester to Attica for a planned visit to other dealerships and happened to drive by Upstate Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on the way. I noticed a Ram truck that I liked in the parking lot and was promptly greeted by Tim Dellapenta while looking at it. He provided a very knowledgeable review of the truck's features and didn't use high pressure tactics in an attempt to make a sale as I told him I had other visits to make before making a decision. Went to Upstate Dodge - Ram in Attica, NY to get a feel for the new Ram 1500's and ended up buying one. This is my 4 or 5 new Ram I purchased at Upstate, Great deal and Great service. Craig Crandall was the salesman and was very pleasant to work with along with the rest of the staff that handled the transaction. I recommend them to anyone.
