Nickole was a pleasure to work with. No pressure to buy, answered all my questions, showed me any car I wanted to see, some more than once. Our overall experience with Tim and Upstate Auto was exceptional. Tim was always very courteous and very respectful of our time. Tim went through the order build sheet in great detail to ensure we would get all of the features we wanted, and did not pay extra for the ones we didn’t, this dealership is a 10 in my book and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
