The front end of Upserve, in particular is the best POS system available. Much more intuitive than dinerware. It's so easy to use that staff barely need to be trained on it. The chat support is also very helpful for troubleshooting matters during service.
Anyone who has used a POS system knows at some point you need support. Upserve has excellent support with a number of different ways to contact them. There’s even a way to chat with them directly from the pos system, perfect for the busy restaurant manager in service.
The representatives in the Customer Service department are always so professional, but still personable. They are able to efficiently help me solve by problems quickly while making it super easy for me. The fact that they are available 24/7 is amazing.
It’s the most intuitive POS system I’ve ever worked with and the customer service is always quick to answer any question.
