This company has been one of worst experience of my life . Lack of service, system breaking ,they don’t follow up on service .Taking money out of your account with out permission or explanation.Nobody has answers.You buy it the support goes away.
Have been using Upserve for over a year now, and love it. The software is easy to use and everything you need is available. If you are in the market for a restaurant POS, put this on your shopping list.
We just upgraded to Upserve and love it! The customer service is fantastic & they make it so easy.
The upserve system is wonderful for POS. If you are looking for a new POS to replace an old one, I would highly recommend the system as the support team is in a league of their own. We use the Upserve system at a entertainment group of 6 entities.
Easy to teach and use software, accounting functions balances daily with very few issues. Software allows variety of searches to locate customers transactions etc... tech support is fast & efficient and normally fixes most problems. Competitive purchase prices

I worked with observed for many many years and the support I traditionally received is exceptional not to mention the short wait times. They are interested in making sure your system is up and running properly and customers are able to get the most out of it without any questions. Fortunately if there are questions or problem they're there to support you.
The Upserve implementation and support teams are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and hard-working. The reporting and analytics on their HQ sites allows any business to maximize their earning potential. 5 Stars!!!
