Upserve sales people made a great deal of empty promises in order to gain our business. Once the contract was signed, I was told that my system would not be delivered or set up by the deadline, the set up of the system did not allow our business to operate as promised, and the dozens of people I have spoken to about numerous issues say that they will forward information on to other people yet there is never a resolution. I feel as though Upserve, formally known as Swipely, needs a lot of improvement, beginning with their customer service and that starts with the account manager. They get your account(s), collect their commission and then fail to deliver proper customer service. I have had several glitches with the system and the credit card processing/batches, and the account manager never even bothered to see what was wrong, knowing there were issues, and forget about following up. I am the second generation owner of a local restaurant. I was looking to update our business systems and was very interested in Upserve's Core Plan. At first I thought their account manager Kyle R**** was very knowledgeable and very assured in the value of their product. I went back a forth a couple of times with him regarding the relevance of their services for our small business.
