Recently hired to manage at a location using upserve. Was my first time using this system and I was very happy at how easy it has been to learn to use! and I love how easy it is manage remotely from the website and the app for monitoring sales/activity is great too!

Upserve has been a nice product to work with at the restaurant. It offers everything I have come to expect from a POS with a convenient and transportable design. My favorite feature is the ability to check on the status of the restaurant, even individual checks, from anywhere.

I’ve been customer for over 5 years. It was a rocky beginning but they have worked the kinks out. There customer service has always been the best. Software is easy to use. Recently, they have had issues with their chip readers. It seems that they historically have difficulty implementing new programming/technology. *recently contacted them again about equipment. Amazing customer service and prompt service.

We have gone through many reps with Upserve. It used to take forever to get an answer or any kind of help. But now I believe they are figuring it out and have been much better at getting back promptly when help is needed. I love the POS system but didn't love the transition.

I think all POS systems have their issues, but Upserve/Breadcrumb has been honest and straight-forward in all of our business. I appreciate their customer service, and will continue to use them in all of our future restaurants and breweries. ******* **

The ease of use of this POS has been one of the best features for my employees and I. The constant updates have always increased the usefulness as well. When problems have happened everything has been solved as timely as possible. I have recommended this system to many other bar owners when asked if I like it. Anytime I have had to call customer service I was always treated well and had the problem or question taken care of.

Upserve is an amazing product and has been the opposite of a POS as we all know what that stands for. In offline mode upserve collects all transactions no matter what, so no restaurant ever looses money!
