I have called this number several times and no one answers or gives me a call back. After they tell me, they have openings for appointments. Then I called the Mechanicsburg location because that’s where they had told me the psychiatrist was available And the lady gave me a rude attitude. Great people, super helpful. There is usually a waitlist to be seen, but it is definitely worth the wait.
The worst place place I’ve ever tried to deal with! Set up therapy for my two children almost six months ago. They somewhere in that time decided to stop taking my children’s insurance. No one ever called to let us know or refer us to another therapist that would take our insurance. We found out two days before they’re set day for therapy. When I called to find out why and how to reschedule their appointments, no one was willing to talk, discuss or help at all. Julie Cadenhead’s have been a great help with my 14 yr old daughter's Anxiety and depression for almost 2 yrs. She has helped her cope and use different mechanisms. I highly recommend her for Kids dealing with anything especially Anxiety. Thank you Ms. Julie!!!
