Was just on phone concering my husbands concerns and they believe they hung up on me and decided to start talking shit about us and how it was only for a work excuse and other bull very disapointed in how they are behaving... 20 minutes. Update: was on phone for 4hrs. Contacted the Report hotline says it will be taken up with their bosses.
I went to this clinic because I was having issues with my right knee. I was pretty sure it was arthritis but I wanted to rule out I had not torn anything because I am a runner and do HIIT type workouts. From the time I walked in the door everyone I saw was very friendly. From the greeter, the admit receptionist, the X-ray technician and Abbie who did my assessment. I saw Dr. Holzshu. I wasted an hour on the phone just to have the receptionist put me back on hold after I was re-directed to the call center! First impression is not good.
RUDE!!!! SAYS " IM ON THE PHONE SHE ON THE PHONE" RUDE!!! I was kind and that's what I got 🙄
I went to the walk-in clinic because I was having pain in my foot and my two toes had no flexibility from a previous injury. I don't recommend Robert E. Holzshu, he was very quick with his responses. He basically said there was no pain and recommended that I wear wide toe box shoes and said have a good day.
