I've been to AllBetter Care multiple times w/ my 2 boys. The front desk is so friendly, getting back to the rooms is fast and the Drs/nurses and staff are ALWAYS friendly, informative and thorough! Just what you'd expect from a Dr.s office but rarely get.
Every member of my family has been here at least once. Seems our medical needs pop up weekends and evenings. They have a great staff--friendly and compassionate. The paperwork they give at the end is much appreciated since I can give it to my family physician at follow up.
Amazing care every time we have to go here! They always get us back to see a doctor quickly and they are very friendly! They also call and follow up with all of their patients! I've been to a lot of urgent cares living in different states and this is the best we have ever been to! Thank you to the staff!!

I was informed by one of your employees at the front desk, (didn't get her name) who was a taller African American woman, that I could leave (if I want to)simply because of my father stating how its backwards to pay for the services before you are even seen by the Dr. I find it disgusting that someone who is supposed to be as caring as a nurse could tell someone "you could leave" because they think you have policy that is questionable. They have always been amazing. Whether I was there for myself, a child or taking a friend. I will drive past every other urgent care to go there. And in most cases, I prefer them even over my own doctor.
Office was very busy but I was seen rather quickly. In and out in less than 1 1/2 hrs. Once I started medications I started feeling better within hrs. Very happy with personnel and their knowledge
