My boyfriend made me go to an urgent care on Sunday due to me being extremely sick for 5 days. All better care had the shortest wait in the area so that’s where we went. I was still there for 3 hours but no complaints about that. The front desk stuff was very polite. I was super impressed when they offered my kids a juice box and snack since we would be there for a while. Everyone I saw in the patient room was very friendly and knowledgeable. If I could give the back part of the office a rating and the front desk girls one, I definitely would here. The 2 girls who were working up front were very rude, especially the African American woman working at the computer taking my insurance card info. She was also very rude to other patients who were coming up to ask her questions. As I look at other people's reviews here, I see that I'm not the only one complaining about her.
