They are starting to use inexperienced interns instead of seeing the real doctor. Be alert and make sure you are seeing the doctor who you made the appointment with.
Terrible experiences with Office and Doctors. A UPMC facility that does not take UPMC insurance. What? How do they get away with this? Two weeks for office to call back. Never got in touch with the doctor because she would not unblock her number, or call from another phone, so my telephone would put the call through. Consider yourself informed. Stay away.
Avoid this business at all costs. Cannot recommend on any level. They have a low rating for a reason.
We visited Seneca Hills Village prior to my mother moving in. We were all very impressed with the facility and the wonderful and friendly staff. They have everything she needs and plenty of activities. Even during COVID they did all they could to continue making their residents comfortable, active and safe. My mother can get her hair done right down the hall from her and they have someone come in and clean the room weekly. I moved my Mom from CA to Seneca Hills and I am amazed at what a great independent living community it really is! The staff is so friendly and helpful and I know that she will have everything she needs. Even during covid they did their best to keep the residents engaged and safe. I highly recommend Seneca Hills for independent living. The apartments are lovely and spacious. The rent includes three wonderful meals, all utilities and a once a week cleaning. Very respectful, always made sure i was comfortable, told me everything they were doing before they did it, i had an amazing team like always for my eye surgery. My anesthesiologist is always so amazing. Carolyn and the other ladies who took care of me, thank you very much.
I am so glad that he was recommended to me when I was pregnant. He is the best doctor I have ever he'd in my life. I made him my PCP. He cares about my health and that matters to me
I have yet to meet the doctors but so far from just talking to the office staff, I can tell you they have no manners and are always rude over the phone. Monica was the receptionist I talked to on both occasions and she was continuously meeting me with snide remarks and a bad attitude. She also lectured me and treated me like I was stupid and wasn't able to comprehend her if she just talked normally.
