Signed up online for 12:15 appointment. Asked for text messages. Got none. Showed up 5 minutes early and told it was going to be a 3 hour wait. When I told her I had an appointment, she said 2 hour wait. They could have texted me that they only had 1 provider in the office. Terrible waiting room. Totally full.patient First from now on for me.
