The receptionist at the front desk Stephanie was extremely rude and unprofessional. We walked through the door as first time customers and she sat there and did not say anything to us. When I explained to her that I was in there for the first time and wasn’t sure how it works and tried to get information, she rolled her eyes at me exhaled loudly and was clearly annoyed. She continued to be rude, sarcastic and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction.
RecommendedExpedient in patient care, very nice staff, appreciated their follow up on my care. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this center!!
They are the most rudest medical people I ever met. Let alone I had my own experience there months ago where they didn’t treat me and left me leave with a high blood pressure. Now I take my bf to there, and the girls decided to tell me I can’t be with him cause of covid even though talking makes his symptoms worst but since the smart mouth know it all in the front knows it all decided to tell me he’s doing fine. Do not waste tour time or money
I was one of those PIA patients coming in 10 minutes before closing, and I felt so bad. But every single person I came in contact with was so friendly, and showed no annoyance. All my answers were answered clearly, and I did not feel rushed in the slightest. I would absolutely recommend this place to others. Extremely nice, and caring staff.
After calling my PCP (Dr Anita Yang), I was told they arent seeing patients in the office for rashes at this time and advised me to go to Urgent Care. So I did and so glad I went!! From the staff out front to the girl that assessed me & the one who gave me my injection to Dr Green, all were very nice & professional AND my total time there was less than 1/2 hour. I am a very happy patient!
