End double billing and ‘hidden fees’....as typical with UPMC! Don’t be fooled by the ‘not for profit’ status...UPMC charges for the visit PLUS a hefty physicians’ fee! Wake up people! UPMC has monopolized Western PA, and now believe they can set whatever fees they wish....unfortunately, consumers feel they are obligated to pay without questions! It’s time to end their tyranny! We all deserve quality healthcare without ridiculous fees! BOYCOTT UPMC

They know nothing about customer service. I have been trying all morning to pre register for lab work and every time I get through, including going through their operator, I get disconnected. This is not the first time I and others have experienced this, it's been a practice since at least last year and it is sheer arrogance on their part.

I flew in from Seattle for surgery with the best of the best, Dr Sekula. Dr Sekula, his team and the hospital staff at Harmot have been so caring and just phenomenal. If I didn’t live in Seattle, I would definitely come here for my healthcare needs.
Ever since my doctor office, Partners in Family Health in York, PA was acquired by UPMC, the appointment wait went from 2 weeks to over 2 months. Absolutely horrible. It's all about the money...to hell with the people I suppose
Orthopedic care especially for seniors! Tylenol every 6 hours is not sufficient pain medication for an 89 year old dementia patient who is 5 days post partial hip replacement!!! We all know about the opiad crisis, but come on!! She's wincing & moaning in pain! She asks repeatedly, every 5-10 minutes why her leg hurts. She is unable to communicate the need for pain meds on scale of 1-10
