Exceptional compassionate care
Drove all the way from Buffalo,Ny for a checkup on my heart. Had to valet my car overnight. Someone stole my $150 apple EarPods from my vehicle.
Recently had cataract surgery at Shadyside. The experience was excellent. The anesthesia staff and nurses were the best.

I contacted UPMC my insurer about a procedure they scheduled for tomorrow and at 7pm the night before they know nothing about it and cannot give me any information??
