they lie and could care less about those who had been seeing a dr for in our case 26 yrs. we can no longer see her becayae we have Highmark! made their big announcement and made it sound like we would be able to see her but it was a lie! wish the government would take away their not fir profit status! make them pay taxes or accep ALL insurances!!

upmc wound care doctor. i said i wont take my water pills because they are causing cramps. first he said that wasnt the reason i was getting cramps. Then i explained how i stop taking the pills and the cramps went away. he didnt want to hear. once again i said i wouldn't take water pils. he stuck out his hand and shook mine. said nice meeting you and walked away. yep top of the line doctor there. what a jagoff.
This place is the worst! Don’t go here if you want a chance to live. You can be on one floor, and they tell you one thing. Move to another floor and tell you another. Hope you have good insurance!
I have their insurance. I have very bad back problems. My name is Greg Finney. My Dr has prescribed me Lyrica for the pain and UPMC insurance keeps denying it. My doctor has sent supporting documentation. And appealed it. And still turns me down. I had affective pain relief with the samples. I am a business owner. I have several employees on my insurance. unprofessional staff very slow service
RecommendedI never had a bad experience but the last time the Er doctor was very rude
No signage for patient parking. No attendant at registration desk. The two latter conditions made me late for appointment I was early for. No strings on hospital gown to tie to keep covered while waiting for testing. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS HOSPITAL. If you cannot get these details covered, how can I trust your medical test results and outcome can be relied upon?!?!?! Also, central scheduling provided me no details on where to park or where to go for testing. All that was given was “McKeesport Hospital “.
