CURRENTLY AT MCKEESPORT HOSPITAL AFTER MY BOYFRIEND HAD A SEIZURE IN HIS SLEEP. THEY TRIED TO DISCHARGE HIM SAYING HIS WAS TEST WERE FINE. I CHALLENGED THEM ON HIS RESULTS THEY KICKED ME OUT FOR NOTHING AND REALIZED AFTER I LEFT THAT THEY DIDN’T NOT HAVE ALL HIS RESULTS HE HAS ABNORMAL BRAIN ACTIVITY AND NOW HE IS REQUESTING LEAVE AND THEY WONT LET HIM GO SO HE CAN BE SENT TO A DIFFERENT HOSPITAL DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVE ONES TO THIS HOSPITAL THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY.
the doctors do not care about the people at all. they dont care to listen or understand what you are going through. if they dont know whats wrong they just send you home even if u are the same way u was when you walked in.. i been in this hospital for 4 days and still havent found out what is wrong but today they are sending me home with Tylenol for pain that wasnt even working while I've been here
RecommendedI am impressed with the doctors team here! Dr. Francis Ergina, a heart doctor ,, I trust with my life! He is excellent in what he does. I have been going to him for over 18 years and a woman doctor, Dr.Luna Chun is wonderful, correcting anything that I need straitened out. And my kidney doctor, Dr. Nie! I came in through the ER on Tuesday, and was admitted to 2 Crawford & stayed for 4 days. While the care in the ER left a lot to be desired, I can’t say enough about the wonderful staff on 2 Crawford. Everyone from the hospitalists, to the nurses, aides, anesthesiologists, social workers, IV team, and housekeeping was absolutely wonderful! I really appreciated getting my lab results printed out for me daily, along with any new meds and my treatment plan. What a great idea that is. the surgent that did my surgery had marvelous great side fabulous bedside manner.... they released me 20 minutes after my surgery I was still delirious sick dizzy... show to me they don't give a fuc* maybe wait for awhile for patience to come to their senses.... but once again the surgery staff was more professional then the other staff...... but anyways back at the ranch thank you to the hospital staff
Do not go here! Ever! While there have been several exceptional nurses, it takes only one or two terrible ones to make the experience miserable! Our daughter has been admitted since Wednesday 12/26 early in the am with a back injury. Abrupt rude emergency room doctor who flung a gown at her after asking why she was not on the examining table. Let’s see, she couldn’t walk in the er and was helped by 3 security guards and a nurse to even get her in a wheelchair, so I wonder why...Continue Reading

Went here tonight to get my bum knee looked at. Sat in the waiting room for over two ours. In pain the nurse who did my vitals was nice apologized for the wait. I get a call to go back to get an ex ray before I was even seen by a doctor. I said something to the guy that did my ex ray. I have never gotten a x ray before being seen. To be told sorry we have no room for you go back and sit in pain in our waiting room. So I did for another hour and a half I was about to leave when I asked how much longer. This is a good hospital. The nursing staff, triage nurses, testing technicians, doctors, surgeons are all wonderful. My husband and I both have been here several times with medical issues. I have seen some very obnoxious patients here that are extremely demanding perhaps that's why they review poorly. This is a very good UPMC hospital.
