I’ve had paperwork dropped off for UPMC to fax over to my short term office over a week ago if not longer. Still not done. You try getting in contact with the UPMC office and it’s impossible. It’s the UPMC Kauffman-Epilepsy office. Always “too busy” to for some reason pick up phones for 3 straight hours for patients. Ehhh, I don’t believe that. Especially when I go to that office. I’m thinking it might be time to switch doctors if this keeps up. Your patients obviously aren’t your number one concern.
UPMC refuses to look at my foot. If it gets worse and I need surgery... I will make sure it is on them. This is insane. When I made the appointment I told them exactly what I was coming in for, and they are only doing half.
RecommendedUPMC and Dr. Brian Zucklebraun saved my moms life. She was lifeflighed from Wheeling Hospital from a severely botched gallbladder surgery and within one hour with this incredible team at UPMC trauma center she was saved. Thank you so much. UPMC trauma team is simply amazing.
Staff members were very unprofessional. Waited 5 hours to have nothing get done.
Went to the emergency barely able to breathe and stand. Was sitting in the waiting room for 2+ hrs and nurse tried to take my wheelchair. After complaining to the nurses staff multiple times that i can barely breathe and might pass out. Was told i need to wait for a bed before they helped me breathe.
