It really sad when a hospital will let a pencil pusher over rule a medical doctor.
We love UPMC facilities, however very dissatisfied with UPMC Home Health. "No nurses available" x 5-6 days after stroke discharge for elderly father. We are having home healthcare transferred to a different agency, unfortunately. Takes multiple calls to get anywhere with this; very frustrating.
