By far worst experience ever! I will no longer be doing any MEDICAL NEEDS WITH UPMC. I have waited over 30 mins just to be hung up on for medical billing! This is absolutely ridiculous, such an inconvenience just to update insurance information! I will be going to AHN. Automated system says to utilize the Live Chat, then get told they are unavailable or busy.
I was misdiagnosed when I had a car ACCIDENT. I'm still Suffering from your negligence. now I'm trying to find where my medical records are and not receiving no response to my email. I was born here and had my three children. It's horrible the patient profiling done to certain patients. later I saw how it all was a set up n funny how people who are not injured are mocking my injuries but I can't know about my own medical records is crazy.
