I pay $187 every 2 weeks for insurance. I have been sick since the beginning of October. I have seen 4 doctors, paid $200 in copays, paid for 5 different medications, and I am still sick. Every phone call I make, I get passed around from nurse to nurse with no other answer than, “come back in and be seen.” Since I can’t get better, my 11 month old daughter now has RSV. I am tired of spending a fortune for medical neglect.
RecommendedCare was great while I was there. Then I got a letter today stating I was approved through pump and my bills were being helped with by you guys. Thank you for the early Christmas and I am forever grateful
This is the 2nd or 3rd time we have come here and heard a Dr complain about other patient's. Also this is the second time where we have been left in the dark on what's going on. the communication between people who work there and to the patients is rediculous. There are a few really awesome nurses for sure. They make it alot more bearable.... but it's tough when the drs can be such jerks and unprofessional.
I received excellent care at UPMC East. The ER staff, 5east, 3 east, Pre-op, Cath lab, dietary, and housekeeping were all professional, caring, and did a fantastic job.

UPMC provides the most Spot on, fast, thorough, caring medical care in the area. My family always goes to UPMC and would recommend them to everyone.

I can’t say enough good things about the wonderful care I recently received at UPMC. From pre-op to post-op to inpatient stay.... everyone was so professional and kind. I really felt people went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. The employees in all areas were respectful and courteous at all times. I felt very safe in their hands. Thank you!
specialty surguries were created. each time my daughter needed a new emergency surgury. very not usual surguries. drs tailers specific surgury for her unique issues for many years we had her. if not for them. we'd have lost here many years ago. pen med is a miracle giver. debra
