The doctors and nurses were great the few times we had to go here, but based on the billing department - we won't be back. I was tricked into paying over 300$ as a prepayment for surgery and when the claim was processed, I owed $0. Nothing. Zilch. Nada. It's been 2 months and I still haven't had a refund processed. Calling their billing number gets you nowhere except for an overseas call center that has "accidently" hung up on me 3 times when I was being put on hold. Went in for an angioplasty and everything went well. Great nurses, informative doctors and the atmosphere is pleasant. Couldn't ask for anything more.
Went here to have my baby. To say the least it was a terrible experience, I hated my midwife and she knew it some of my nurses weren’t bad they actually listened to me and others didn’t want to follow what I was saying or dismissing my issues didn’t like my surgeon barley checked on me while I was in severe pain and didn’t do anything about it even after calling for a nurse the lactation consultant wasn’t great either baby had latching issues and wasn’t getting what she needed and she didn’t listen i was in a lot of pain and... read more
I had my daughter here and had an amazing, supportive staff they went was a little miscommunication during a change in nurses but everything was handled quickly once the error was noticed and handled beautifully. The food was ready good afterwards. I have gone here for almost all my emergencies. I absolutely love that when I came for an appointment I was able to find my way somewhat easily and people where there to help along the way.
I had a major "widow maker " heart attack last week. Happened to be away for training in that area. From the paramedics to every single doctor and nurse. Dietary and even housekeeping. Thank you all so much. You guys saved my life for sure. Best hospital Ive ever been to. I wish you all the best .
