Had a good experience both times here recently. First when my granddaughter had a procedure and then when I had a procedure done a week later.
The person in charge of scheduling procedures does not return phone calls. She left a message asking me to call her back and even texted me her direct line. Thirteen calls later and still no response. I have called the doctor's offices to let them know. Very disappointed in the communication (or lack thereof). . I work nights, so I stayed awake all day not wanting to miss the call. Now I'm forced to go in on no sleep. Definitely would not recommend.
Excellent care when I needed it most. Dr Krahe is an amazing surgeon who has helped me so much I am forever grateful thank you!
