Had to have a surgery done and when I showed up for it was told the Dr had a family emergency and that they canceled my surgery I understand the Dr having a family emergency and couldn’t do the surgery but they could have called me and let me know when I had an hour and a half drive to get there just to find out it was canceled
They are very nice and professional. Place is clean. We've been here many times for different procedures
My mother never received a phone call the day before her hip injection stating what time we needed to be at UPMC Surgery Center. I received an appointment verification and time via text to arrive at 5:15 am for my mother's hip injection. The surgery center opens at 6:30, no one to call and we are stuck in the parking lot.
They are so great on helping me with my back and neck. Never had anyone else that listen to me that nice
