I had xrays done today on my foot. The were quick to get me into the back and the lady was very nice to work with!

Staff is very rude. Impossible to get medication re-fills promptly and/correctly. Long on hold waits which then times out and disconnects you. My daughter was “let go” from the practice by Victoria with no given explanation, no time to find another physician and no medication re-fill. Patient Abandoment!! Pts. Must be given notice, time to find another physician and care must continue until alternative care is found. None of this was done. Save yourself a huge headache and DO Not go to Summit Family Medicine.
