I could not have asked for anything more in a collision company. They kept me informed of my vehicles progress throughout the various stages of repair. And most importantly they dealt with my insurance, and they made the whole ordeal alot smoother. In January 2010 a major repair to my 2008 Buick Lucerne was completed. The quality, service, and workmanship was more than expected. I highly recommend this company for an vehicle repairs.
WOW...you have got to use Ralph and his staff is you want quality work at an affordable price. They do amazing work, and I know...I have used them several times. Their work is flawless and made my vehicles look BRAND NEW!
The staff were friendly and extremely professional. I called the place in the early morning and they were able to repair the windshield of our vehicle and have it done within a few hours that same day. They even washed the vehicle, including spraying the engine down. Ralph was the key person I spoke with and he was extremely polite, helpful and accommodating. They acted as if they truly wanted our business.

Great professional customer service. The craftsmanship was excellent. They even came out to my house to finish up.
I definately recommend! The service is outstanding from arranging for the rental car to filing the insurance claim. I never thought my Mercedes would ever be the same after I was hit. Amazing! They even detailed my car so that when I went to pick it up it was like driving off the lot with a brand new GL450. I love my Mercedes and now I love Upland Collision Craft!
