This last year has been a rough year for us and we have taken our van to Upland Collision Craft 3 times!!! Every time they have gone ABOVE and BEYOND to help us out! We are a family with 7 children and we can use all the help we could get!! :o) Ralph and Ralph both made things so easy for us! We didn't have to worry about a thing. Hi Guys, I'm italian and I moved 8 months ago to live here, I had my first car accident of my life and I was lucky to find Ralph and Colision Craft, they helped me in all the procedure keeping touch with the both Car insurances and keeping me update, he also called me several times and brought me from my home to their shop when the car was fixed. I drove from Covina to Upland to have Upland Collision Craft work on damaged Silverado. I was kept up to date on the work performed on my truck. I was e-mailed digital photographs that showed the progress and the location of hidden damage. They worked well with my auto insurance. My truck looked like NEW!!! upland collutions is the best i took my 2000 chevy impala to them it was all scrached and had so many door bumps well whitin the whole prosses ralph perez took pictures and would email them to me to follow up on the progres of the work getting done to it i really do reacomend upland collution to everyone if you need the job done right go to them the huck it up in all ways to help you ...:) a+++++++++ guys exelent job
Upland Collision offers a level of customer service that is second to none. My Infiniti was vandalized and not only did Upland Collision meet my expectations, they exceeded them. Ralph stayed in constant communication througout the process, sending daily emails with pictures displaying the status of my vehicle. They were even kind enough to repair items I was unaware of. I was rear-ended pretty seriously in my 08 Chevy Tahoe Hybrid. Upland Collison Craft had my vehicle towed from my house. I just got my car back and it looks better than it did before the accident.
