Great customer service and very tentative to my needs. Ralph was really good at keeping in contact with me and keeping me up to date with what was going on.
Upland Collision Craft was by far the best auto service I've received. I was involved in an accident and during the process of repairs they were tremendous help in dealing with my insurance and kept constant communication. Even had my car done and looking like new before they said.
Great business & great shop. Ralph made sure my car was returned to me in superb condition after it had some nasty damage. I highly recommend Upland Collision Craft to anybody who needs their car serviced or repaired. They do an excellent job repairing your vehicle in a timely and professional manner.

I have nothing but positive to say about this repair center. Ralph was very kind he went above and beyond what I expected. Every couple days I would get emails with pictures attached to show progress. That was something I really appreciated. To top it all off upon receiving my vehicle back 1. he came to me, 2. ABOUT A MONTH AGO I BROUGHT MY 2013 TAHOE TO RALPH LUGO OF UPLAND COLLISION CRAFT. I HAD BEEN HIT ON MY DRIVER SIDE FRONT BUMPER AND FENDER. RALPH TOOK EXCELLENT CARE OF ME AND MY TAHOE. HE EXPLAINED THE WHOLE PROCESS OF HOW MY VEHICLE WOULD BE REPAIRED AND EVEN SENT ME PROGRESS PICS OF THE REPAIR. I can not express enough how amazing my experiences with Upland Collision Craft have been. Ralph is ALWAYS professional, friendly, and honest... And he handles everything with the insurance company, which I truly appreciate. My truck got hit twice this year in the same spot and both times I took it to Upland Collision Craft and they took great care of my truck. They were very quick on getting my truck worked on, and getting in touch with my insurance, and when my truck was done, everything looked brand new. The customer service was fantastic, and I love that I got updates on my truck throughout the process. And to top it off, they detailed it for me both times which was great! I definitely recommend this place to everyone!
It is the most friendly repair shop I have been in years. Honest, consistent with what he (Ralf Lugo) says. Delivers what they promise. Cost effective.
