Upland Collision Craft was amazing; I was in an accident in early March in my brand new 2012 Nissan Sentra and they made sure my car was back to normal. Through out the 4 week process of my car being repaired Upland Collision was very customer service oriented and kept me informed via email with how the process was going and sent me picture of the different stages of the repair process. I Love this shop the staff is wonder; the Ralph's are great; and i would return for repairs in the future that is how satisfied I am.
The service and the quality of work was fantastic .Ralph kept me up to date on the progress on my vehicle with phone call and emails with pictures that showed what was going on with my car.If you ever need any type of body work done on your car this is the place to go. I would just like to say thanks to Ralph and his entire crew over at Upland Collision Craft. Someone hit my parked S550 Mercedes and damaged the front end pretty bad, I figured I'd take it to Mercedes and let them do the repairs. Thank you so much for the service that was provided for our family. The customer service was awesome with up to date information on the progress of our car. We were helped immediatley and did not have to set an appointment. Last but, certainly not least our car looks as good as new with no signs of an accident. This is unfortunalety the third time having to use the service beacause of misfortune from accidents but glad to know if something happens we can always have faith Ralph and his team will do a great job.
Upland Collision Craft was recommended by my mechanic to detail my older black mercedes . They quoted a very good price. They had the car for a day . When I picked the car up my 12 year old car looked new inside and out. I was very pleased with the results and will recommend them to friends.

I have to be the pickiest person alive! Upland Collision Craft repaired my badly wrecked Altima superbly. They left it looking like I had driven it right off the lot! Not only did they repair it in a timely manner, but also kept me informed every step of the way. I received emails, pictures, and phone calls. Everyone in the office was courteous and professional, too. I highly recommend this place!
Repair was to replace a rear light assembly and a rear bumper shroud. The estimate was very reasonable. They had the parts in one day, and completed the work in a few hours the next day. Quality of work was excellent.
Our experience with Upland Collision Craft was a great one. My son got damages repaired on his vehicle and without a doubt we knew Ralph and his staff gave him, not to mention the best deal, but great workmanship and care.
