All staff are so kind, from office manager to hygienists/dental assistants to dentists. Both dentists are magical with my kids, even with my sometimes scared or resistant younger child. I can't believe how well they win him over. They answer questions from kids and adults with equal interest, kindness, and gentleness. Both of my kids have started looking forward to appointments, and they both feel proud of praise they receive for brushing well (not to mention tokens and prizes at the end of visits). So grateful for the compassionate, professional and gentle experience we had with all of staff at Up Valley Pediatric. They provided the best care for my toddler who had had very negative dental experiences. Julie the receptionist and Dr. Kim were incredibly supportive and demonstrated how much they truly care about serving children and families. Thank you!
