I have had an arduous and awful experience with this property and its staff as a resident. First, I will admit this property's layout and amenities are good; but that is just it. I have had multiple maintenance problems including the A/C unit, ice machine, bathroom drains, and internet connection. One of out the four have been addressed and fixed after multiple (10+) maintenance requests to fix them over the course of a year. I have also had bug problems and key problems. Every month theres always some issue with this complex. The gate in it never functions correctly and there are additional charges added all the time. Whenever disputed they say they sent out and email. Amazing since i keep all of my emails and all they send is their events and late rent reminders. Nothing has been what i was originally told and to top it off now they're telling me the information i originally recieved on needing renters insurance was false. Be sure to take pictures of your room when you move in, they will charge unnecessary fees upon moving out and DO NOT move in if you are planning to sublease. Their subleasing fee is unreasonable.
Love the size of bedroom/bathroom for a student apartment. Largest I could find around here. Gym has all equipment I need. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only negative so far is maintenance has been super slow. I'm sure they have a lot of requests the first couple weeks though. Also, love the free shuttle.
