I don’t know where to start with these guys! This whole team…Traci, Josh and Kathy are the best!! I had blisters and sores repeatedly from another prosthetic made by someone else. I was in the wheelchair more than I was in my prosthetic. Traci took her time with me and went beyond my expectations. I was beginning to think I would never walk. My son lost his leg and was very depressed and upset, but when we went to USA to get him fitted for his prosthetic leg Tracy and Josh were awesome. They made him feel so much better. He wasn't the only one to lose a limb. They have done so wonderful in doing all the adjustments he asks for. They have helped him to accept what is happening with him. I love USA Prosthetics! Traci Kilmartin really knows her stuff! The staff is amazing here as well, everyone treats you with respect and dignity.. If I see someone who needs a great prosthetis, without hesitation, I always refer Traci and USA Prosthetics!
The staff were awesome. From the first time I showed up I was met at the door with a friendly face and greeting The other staff were knowledgeable ,efficient , and concerned over my needs and wants concerning the prosthetic. They answered all my questions and solved a lot of issues concerning aspects of having a prosthetic that I hadn’t even considered till I was informed. Great staff 100 stars out of 10
Went to appointments with brother in law. Staff was very polite and professional. Very clean environment. Five stars is to low on a scale of one to five they are a ten. I had a father who wore prosthetics and I was familiar with the process. These individuals were better than top notch went over and above on making a safer and better new way of life for him.
