And then there is Anne Hensley, a font of good energy and information and genuine help. A salve, a life preserver, a genuinely supportive professional who made the previous indignities fade away. Anne, you’re the best - thank you for bringing some sunshine to this cloudy territory. They should give you a raise. Or a cake. Or both.
