Finding out you have cancer is frightening. I can only hope that those receiving this news are lucky enough to work with a team as caring as I have found Dr. Alan Hyde and his associate Tammy Rambo to be. It’s easy to look up Dr. Hyde’s credentials, which are excellent. But just as important is his genuine care for his patients. I had an amazing experience with University Surgical Associates with Dr. Robert Jean! He performed gallbladder removal on me and I had a successful procedure as well as recovery thanks to him! I have been beyond pleased with this place! Thank you to everyone on staff there! Great job!!!

The Drs are great. The front desk staff are amazing. The Nurses that call people back are some of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Both times I’ve had the Nurses call me back they’ve been rude, snappy, dismissive and unprofessional. My son had an emergency appendectomy on 12/28 and I’ve had to call 3 times since discharge. The first time the on call surgeon called me back right away and got us in the next morning because my son was in so much pain and had heard a “pop”.
