When we arrived the receptionist was sitting at her desk eating a big breakfast plate with people walking in for surgery that are not able to eat and we are sitting here having to smell that food and as for the valet they were very unprofessional they didn't even know where our vehicle was at when my wife went to get it. Doctors and nurses were wonderful...
