My referral was sent almost 3 weeks ago I have called twice trying to get an appointment. I am in pain and scared. Today I called for the second time and got a long drawn out answer that the office manager quit Friday and the referral coordinator has been gone for a month. Yet I spoke to her the referral gal the previous week.. My PCP called today after I spoke to them. She got a long drawn out answer but was told the office manager is working in between her regular job. That’s interesting since I was told there is no manage... read more

Today, I met Dr. Britt. and for the first time in two years, I actually have hope again. He researched my records before ever meeting me and was still compassionate enough to listen to what I wanted/needed to say. I have been waiting for 4 months for a response from them about a referral they messed up. I've also been waiting over a month now for a response to my request to schedule a ... read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Britt for almost 10 years now, I have been driving 2 hours for my appointments for the last 6 years due to me relocating and I still refuse to see anyone else! He is always pleasant, honest and straight forward. The office is always clean however they are doing some remodeling, the staff are pleasant and I love that they have your blood taken right there in office. Usually in and out however at times it has taken a little while but it’s like any other office that has as many patients as they do! ... read more
