I had a great experience with Dr. Brit! He carefully explained to me to make sure I understood what my condition was, and that I do not have to be afraid of it. He spoke with humor and understanding, listened carefully, and communicated very clearly what was going on. He told me that there were more conclusive tests that he could do, and explained why he didn't recommend them, but offered them anyway. Thankfully, I will not be needing a rheumatologist in the future, but if I did, I would go to Dr. Brit!

Dr. Crowe, I am extremely disappointed in you. You flat-out lied about my test results, and now I am wondering what else you would lie about. No longer trust her at all. Why would you send a message to a person at 11:00 pm on a Sunday when all of the facts haven't come in? I still have X-ray results that haven't come in yet. It's ridiculous!!!! At this point, unless I get the second opinion I requested this morning, I would never recommend her.
My referral was sent almost 3 weeks ago I have called twice trying to get an appointment. I am in pain and scared. Today I called for the second time and got a long drawn out answer that the office manager quit Friday and the referral coordinator has been gone for a month. Yet I spoke to her the referral gal the previous week.. My PCP called today after I spoke to them. Today, I met Dr. Britt. and for the first time in two years, I actually have hope again. He researched my records before ever meeting me and was still compassionate enough to listen to what I wanted/needed to say. For two years now I have been with another practice that has seemingly given up on finding my diagnosis. Dr Britt. put multiple different plans in place today and began acting on them immediately.
