University Pointe apartments are great! The apartments are renovated really nicely and have all the amenities you would need! The office staff are very friendly and helpful with any questions that you may have, I truly appreciate that. Can't beat how close the place is to ASU-Tempe and the prices are very reasonable, especially when you compare them to other nearby apartments.
Shout out to Stephanie Moates for being the best office lady at university pointe! Pretty awesome place to be at especially for our first apartment! I'm really digging the new renovated pool and complex! Would recommend!
I am only writing this review because I have gotten several emails from University Pointe nagging me to do so. My experience living at a University Pointe property has been a nightmare and I would not recommend ever renting from UP or any affiliated management company.
