RecommendedJust signed my lease for UP, can’t wait to move in this coming August! Gotta give props to Samantha Jones for answering all my random questions over the past two weeks. As someone moving to AZ from NC the overall process is slightly intimidating/overwhelming but they really do their best to make everything as simple as possible. Looking forward to checking out my new place!

I really enjoy these apartments. I’ve lived here for about a year and I can’t complain. Neighbors are a little noisy but what place isn’t? For a good studio in undergrad this is a good fit. Also being close to Dutch bros comes in clutch
My first apartment and Verenice did an amazing job at making feel secure in my decision! I have no regrets. The apartments are super close to ASU and a bunch of things tempe has to offer. The amenities are worth looking into !
These are nice apartments in budget. The condition was good(almost like new). The lease process was smooth thanks to Kylee, who helped us in all the paperwork. So, overall good apartments and a great option if you are looking for something near ASU.
Looking for a place near campus that is reasonable pricing as well as amenities that an apartment have to offer, University Pointe is good place to live at. The staff at the complex always try to help out whenever an issue occurs to.
August 12 roof gets tipped of the building in a monsoon. Two days later still no a/c and it’s 100+ degrees. The management SUCKS.
Awesome complex and great location. I signed a lease from abroad, and the staff (especially Verenice), were very friendly and helpful. Good prices, and water is included in the price. Only downside might be that there are some bugs here now and then. And can be easily taken care of with a shoe. Highly recommended.
