Go see Lauren! I had the biggest issue with parking, my button would not work for the gate. I had been in the office, though worked with someone else and my clicker is still not working. Back in the office I go, then Lauren from the front desk actually came out and tested the clicker multiple times, making sure the new one worked. Now I have no problems, she’s great!
I have been looking for apartments to move into for a while now. When I went in to get some information Lauren was super helpful! I had such a great time looking at the apartment complex and love what it has to offer! Definitely see Lauren if you are considering moving here.
I don’t know where to start... This apartment complex is hands down amazing!!! Amazing prices, great community, the apartments are so nice, I promise you will love it!! The staff are so sweet and helpful, every-time I go in. Lauren is such a sweet heart and does the best at her job! She makes customers feel so welcomed and important. When you go to these apartment complexes, ask for her! Overall university pointe is amazing in every way, you will NOT be disappointed! �

I recommend University Pointe to any and every college student. There is really nothing more I could ask for. The staff is amazing! Our leasing consultant, Lauren, is so personable and helpful. Living so close to campus truly does make a difference and University Pointe gives me the ability to do so at an affordable rate.
I have loved living at University Pointe this year! My roommates and I have no had any problems, and when we need help with something in our apartment, maintenance always comes within the next 24 hours and fixes the issue free of charge. Uni Pointe also does a bunch of fun giveaways my roomies and I love to participate in! I can't imagine a better, more feasible place to live so close to campus.
I live here currently & will be for a while. Love it. Free internet & cable. All i pay is rent & APS.
I lived there and I just have to say that management was honestly terrible. It’s way overpriced. You can pay the same price somewhere else for better quality. There always homeless people around the area. The bathroom was gross. I went to the gym there and the treadmill stopped when I was jogging and I fell. How ridiculous? The amenities are not great. The printer is always broken. The walls are completely thin. There are roaches. It’s a mess. Save your money.
I could not recommend University Pointe enough. My friends and I chose to live here because of how inexpensive it was and its proximity to campus. However, we have been pleasantly surprised to discover there are many other reasons to love this place: the staff is personable, timely, and always helpful. Maintenance requests are fulfilled almost always within 24 hours of requests, there are always fun giveaways and events, we've never had problems with neighbors, and they offer some crazy incentives for leasing.
