Great Value, Proximity, and neighborhood Great value for where you're located near campus. Has all the benefits of Dorm style living without living in a dorm (or the prices). Easy to commute to and from because its on Lemon Street, so you're not bogged down by oncoming traffic. Place is sanitary and staff is always seeming to help.

Great for Students! This complex is in a central and great location in ASU as it is close to everything you may need. Management has been great dealing with COVID-19 protocols and they are exceptionally nice!! Would recommend any student to live here.

Trust me, do NOT rent here Bugs, terrible unreasonable staff, very rude neighbors, bad quality apartments where everything breaks, will put a threatening sticker your car even if you have a parking sticker on it, and so on. You'll regret living here, don't fall for the marketing.

Fraudulent Business Practices I was considering signing a lease with this company (University Pointe) but decided against it. Fast-forward around 40 days and they send a check in the mail charging me for 3 months rent. I didn't sign a lease, all I did was fill out an application. I confirmed via email that I was not interested in signing a lease and now they are fraudulently charging me for breaking a lease I never signed. DON'T do business with this company. They are committing fraud and extortion of college students. And yes I am taking them to court for criminal activity, along with bringing this matter up with the nearby college ASU. We are months into a pandemic and they fraudulently want to extort over 5k from a college student? Do business with this company at your own risk, but I strongly advise against it.

Samantha Jones is an awesome leasing agent. She's so friendly, easy-to-reach, informative, and kind. Samantha helped make the move-in process so easy. As for the property, emergency maintenance comes pretty quickly and regular maintenance requests are also fulfilled pretty quickly. The laundry room is clean, the pool is nice, the location is stellar (so close to campus and food), and it is really quiet and peaceful. Love it here and would definitely recommend.

Samantha was very helpful in our application and move in process! My wife and I were moving in from out of state and her ability to answer questions, give us up to date and reliable information, as well as being very pleasant was wonderful which was refreshing.
